reservation and cancellation policy:
RESERVATIONS may be made by phone, fax, email or "snail" mail. To hold your reservation, please remit payment information and enrollment form ASAP prior to the course. Reservations will be held on a first come, first served basis. To hold a spot, you may use any form of payment. You may change the method of payment at any time before the first day of the course.

Corporate or Personal check
Credit Cards will NOT be charged until the first day of the course.
Spaces will NOT be held without proper billing information supplied at time of sign up.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 100 % of class fee is refundable if cancellation is made BEFORE 2 weeks prior to scheduled class. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to class will incur a $200.00 cancellation fee if vacancy cannot be filled. If no cancellation has been made, and student is a "no-show", on the first day of class, the full amount will be charged.
IF CLASS MUST BE CANCELED: The Class must have a minimum of 4 students to be held. If less than 4 students sign up, the class will be canceled. You will be notified two weeks before the class start date if your class is canceled for lack of students. Your Enrollment can be transferable to another date if that class is not full, or refunded in full. It is advised to get tickets that are transferable for this reason. Please keep an eye on the web page for enrollment spaces left for each class. It is also suggested that you sign up for the class As Soon As Possible to ensure your space and to show sign up numbers reflect in student sign ups above next to each class.
