Fill out the shopping cart with all the items you'll need, go through to prompts to check out and enter your bill to and ship to addresses, create a profile, and when it comes to "select a payment option" for payment section, just hit the drop down box and select "Quote for Product" Then you finish out the order and continue through to hit SUBMIT. You must submit the order for us to receive a copy and you'll get the quote instantly also.
